She works in collaboration with the SAMHCA Board of Directors to implement and manage the SAMHCA strategic priorities including accountability, consistency and excellence for its member professional of Mental Health Programs. She is involved in policy development, organizational development, fiscal planning, membership support, recruitment and the renewal processes, membership communications, conference planning, website content, media relations, committee meetings, publications and special projects. She collaborates extensively with external organizations. She also serves as the coordinator and participant in strategic planning processes.

SAMHCA Membership and Meeting Coordinator

He is responsible for managing and organizing membership activities and meetings within the Southeast Asia Mental Health and Counseling Association (SAMHCA). This includes maintaining accurate membership records, handling membership inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating member communications. She organizes and schedules meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place, such as booking venues, arranging accommodations, and preparing meeting materials. She facilitates smooth communication between members and the association, provides support during meetings, and ensures compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, she promotes member engagement, assists in the planning of events and conferences, and stays updated with industry trends to enhance the association's activities and member satisfaction.

SAMHCA Trainning  Coordinator

She works as a Training Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to create course content and materials, organizing training sessions, and handling all logistics such as venue booking and equipment setup. She facilitates training sessions, supports trainers and participants, and assesses training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed. Additionally, she maintains accurate training records, manages training budgets, and identifies cost-effective solutions. She also offers support and guidance to employees regarding training opportunities, stays updated with industry trends, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ultimately enhancing employee performance and contributing to the organization's success.
